Marina Randazzo is a steel city girl, born in Hamilton.
She is inspired by its eclectic ethnicity, strong industrial core, and in any season or time of year; all its natural beauty. These three motifs are Marina’s primary focus in her painting; Figurative, Industrial, and Landscape.
Loose and suggestive brushstrokes allow for the paint to come together to form edges that create what she describes as a ‘happy accident’.
Capturing life’s moments, finding beauty in blue collar, and shedding light on our trails and foliage is Marina’s objective.
She studied at Concordia University, Montreal. OCAD in Toronto, and independently in Florence, Italy.
Marina interprets her surroundings tenaciously and currently works out of her home studio.
